Aten Massage and Bodywork

I experimented in my most recent massage therapy with Keith by having him come to my home. Setting up went smoothly and I was surprised at how comfortable his portable table was. His massage is expert and was, as usual, attentive to my needs. But possibly the best part was keeping my cozy feeling when therapy ended, and truly taking my time to lounge before resuming my day.

I actually hired Keith to my private home for massages for my partner and I. What a delightful and melt-y opportunity. We took turns, each having a 90 minute session with him. By the end of both massages, we were both happy and completely relaxed, spending the rest of the evening in total bliss with each other. Keith gives a very mindful, well-rounded, and detail oriented massage. If you want firm pressure, he's got you, I'm sure he is highly capable of lessening that for more sensitive bodies (both my partner and I like firm). I can't wait to have a massage from him after a day on the slopes this season. Vail is lucky to have him around!

Keith is an incredibly intuitive, intentional, and grounded massage therapist. As soon as his hands touch your body you can sense how much time and effort he has put into cultivating his practice. As someone who used to work front desk at the massage place he worked, everyone who came out of their session was in shock at how incredible their session was. His schedule was always full weeks in advance! He is skilled, professional, and a master of his craft.

I recently had a massage session with Keith and it was wonderful! I've had persistent back and shoulder pain, and he was able to work through the muscles and release the tension in my trouble areas. Since then, I've had minimal to no issues. He was attentative and respectful throughout the entire session, and was even willing to come to my place and work with my schedule. His care for you as the client and the craft really shines through in his technique. Overall it was a healing and reinvigorating experience, I can't recommend him enough!

Keith is a thoughtful and talented practitioner who makes you feel very comfortable and cared for in treatment. Highly recommend!
