Absolutely the BEST massage of my life!!! i feel like the aches and pains start to go away the moment i enter the spa--- nicely appointed -- professional front desk and a great appointment app so you wont miss your visit-- the massage by Pam was simply over the top -- simply the best i have ever had

Matthew was a phenomenal massage therapist. I highly recommend his work—I get massages a couple of times each month and he is a standout. He understood the anatomy and connections that caused tension and tightness and worked to release them. The pressure was just right and he communicated well throughout the massage. I only wish I lived in Vail so I could have him as my regular massage therapist—but I was a guest at the hotel where Mountain Revival is located. But if I ever go back I will seek him out!

As a massage therapist myself, I make it a point to get bodywork regularly, especially when traveling, to stay current with different modalities and techniques. I was referred to Mountain Revival by another studio, Local Revival, and I’m so glad I went. My therapist, Mick, did an amazing job. He really listened to my requests and addressed my needs with skill and precision. His technique, pressure, and flow were excellent, and I could tell he’s both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being. It’s always a pleasant surprise to find such a hidden gem while on the road. I left feeling restored, aligned, and grateful for the experience. I had the most incredible experience at Mountain Revival Vail! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm, calming, and welcoming — exactly what I needed after a busy week. The studio has such a relaxing mountain vibe that instantly puts you at ease. My massage therapist was amazing — not only highly skilled, but also attentive to exactly what I needed. Excellent option for massage and wellness in Vail. I took full advantage of booking both the sauna/cold plunge and a massage for my appointment. The sauna was well maintained and was perfectly paired with the cold plunge before my massage appointment. My massage was excellent in quality. The therapist was skilled and my body feels incredible. Some other major perks included Free Parking (away from the chaos of the village), easy access from I-70, beautiful waiting room and massage rooms, kind staff. I’ll be back!
