Tidal Massage Therapy

I did alot of research into different massage therapists in the area, as I was looking to heal and realign after major knee surgery - I didn't want just anyone laying hands on my knee - and I'm so glad I found Rachael! She knows the body so well and I always come out of our sessions feeling lighter and more in tune with my body. She begins each session asking where she should focus on, and she almost always ends by showing me stretches, yoga positions or foam roller movements I should incorporate into my daily routine. I make sure to see her every few months, and would highly recommend Rachael to anyone seeking a knowledgable and compassionate massage therapist, who also happens to be a great conversationalist!

I have struggled with a slow recovery after spinal surgery two months ago. Rachael's massage was the very best thing I've done for myself to reduce pain and restore mobility. I wish I had come in for treatment weeks ago.

Excellent deep tissue massage, I get a massage once a month and it really helps keep me feeling good -- No more back and neck pain! Rachael is a fun person to talk to and also takes the time to talk through issues and suggest changes to home environment, etc. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so!
