I had a great experience with Shamin for my eyebrow threading. She was so gentle and careful, which made it almost painless. On top of that, she was very kind and welcoming. My eyebrows look clean and perfectly shaped. I highly recommend Shamin if you’re looking for someone who does great work and makes you feel comfortable.

came in here on a Monday afternoon and there was no one and no wait which was perfect for me because i was in a rush. Shamim helped thread my brows and also tinted them for better definition after cleaning them. She was so helpful, kind, gentle and professional. My brows looked so much better than ever before and I highly recommend this place and Shamim to everyone!

I had an extremely unprofessional and painful experience at this establishment. I called ahead to confirm they did single lash extensions, and I was told yes. When I arrived for my 1:30 appointment, the tech took in a walk-in at the same time and told her she would do one eye on me and one eye on her, switching back and forth. That alone was very unprofessional. Instead of singles, she used lash clusters with a thick, heavy band, which I never agreed to. She also skipped all proper prep steps—no lash wash, no priming, no pads to protect my bottom lashes. Almost immediately, the lashes began stabbing my waterline, and when I told her they were hurting me, she brushed me off and said I needed to relax, that I was “exaggerating,” and that she wasn’t doing anything wrong. Great first experience! I did not like being ASKED for a tip. Exact words were " Do you have a tip for me?" I didn't know tips were mandatory, when I just paid for the service. That was a little uncomfortable 😕 for me. I definitely didn't like that!

She was so kind and welcoming. ZE did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend her!
