Very clean and beautiful environment with lots of different types of services they offer. I have add several services here and had good experiences with each one. My only issue was there were a ton of different services, and I wasn't sure which one would be best for me since I was having different aliments I was dealing with. I would have preferred a tour since the spa is quite large compared to many others I have been too. There are a number of different rooms and for me reading it on paper is different than seeing it in person. Photos would have been helpful with more explanation if I had questions, but overall good experience.

This place is awesome! I've tried many of the services and am impressed with the variety. Whether you're looking to relax or to treat an ailment, they have tons of options. Massages and facials are great. Dry needling is great. The staff is genuinely friendly and engaging. The signature membership is reasonably priced and allows me to switch up what services I want each month. I have recommended this place to quite a few people - it's such a gem!

I'm so glad I tried cryo. I've had a frozen shoulder since March 2024 (with a touch of tendonitis that I picked up in 2025). I got a cortisone shot November 2024 and started physical therapy, then dry needling. I continued treating with deep tssue massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, heat/ice, etc... The tendonitis was making my shoulder freeze up again. Icing it would really help but it wasn't enough. So I thought, why not try cryo. My 1st treatment was amazing and I could tell right away that some of the tension from inflammation was easing up. I was sold.
