The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Kelly was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen carefully, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed — she truly cares about her patients and wants the best results for them. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and warm personality made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I recently experienced an excellent hydrafacial from Kelly Cocoran at the office of ProMd Health in Westminster. Kelly is very knowledgeable and patient and is capable of assessing one’s skin care needs. I have been a client for years and I’ve never been disappointed and never thought of going to anyone else for my skin care needs. I often get comments on my skin. The office staff is very welcoming. Jessica and everyone else at Westminster ProMD Health are amazing! I reached out to Jessica to get a skin care consult and haven't looked back. She asked me my budget and created a skin care routine within that budget that I would be able to do consistently and my skin has never looked so good. In addition to skin care, they also offer great specials on Tox, fillers, hydrafacials, lasers, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a medspa that truly cares about their clients.

I recently had a hydrafacial with Kelly. She is very professional but also has a warm and caring demeanor. She provides excellent after care advice regarding how to maintain and improve your skin. I have been going to Kelly for several years and Westminster is quite a distance for me but she makes the drive worthwhile. She is amazing and a great addition to the wonderful ProMD staff.

James and Jillian made my first filler experience so smooth! I was nervous for the results since I’ve never had anything other than Botox in my forehead and I was getting lip/chin/jaw filler - they answered any questions I would have had as they were doing the injecting. Results were amazing- so subtle so that nobody would see me and say ‘she got work done’ but just sharpened my features so well. 11/10 would recommend!! Plus, super friendly team 🤗
