This place is in hidden gem in Westminster. I just had the most amazing deep tissue massage. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, the massage was by far the best I’ve had in the area in the six years that I’ve lived here. My shoulders and hip that were giving me so many problems feel so much better, I just can’t say enough good things. I will most definitely be back!

I have had two prenatal massages with sun healing And I’ve had great experiences. The room was relaxing and inviting, and the massages were just what I needed to relax in my final weeks of pregnancy. Vivian checks in Throughout the massage to make sure you are comfortable and knows how to allow for a quiet, relaxing environment. I can’t wait to return after baby.

Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I deal with neck, back, shoulder and sciatic pain. I ordered massages for my wife and I on Groupon. I recieved the deep tissue massage. I am feeling it today, but Vi worked the muscles in my pain areas, it felt great. I was relaxed, candles lit, ambiance music playing. Highly recommended!! She did an amazing job. The studio has a cute little waiting area where they offer water and candy

Amazing experience! Sun Healing Massage & Spa were super friendly and attentive. They really listened to what my body needed and tailored the massage perfectly. The aromatherapy was a great bonus and made the whole session even more relaxing. I was honestly surprised by how strong and skilled my therapist was—she worked out the tight spots in my neck and back like a pro. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
