The Zen Salt Den

We loved the zen atmosphere and relaxing vibe of the whole facility! Relaxing in the comfy recliners while receiving the salt treatment was an incredible experience — soothing, rejuvenating, and unlike anything else. The staff were friendly and attentive, and every detail of the space promotes tranquility. We can’t wait to come back for another session!

I highly recommend this business. I was in town from California, and was staying at the Elm’s Hotel. We were looking for something to do and saw The Zen Salt Den. The health benefits convinced us to try, and I can truly say the salt room opened up my sinuses and was such a relaxing experience. I wish I bought more of their inhalants, they work great! Wonderful environment for your respiratory and physical health. The latest in technology for salt therapy, as well as infrared light therapy for sports related body maintenance. 5 Stars for all available services, I have used them all.

INFRARED SAUNA TALK! I went down the rabbit hole of all the amazing benefits and guess what?!? We have one in ES! Next to subway at The Zen Salt Den! I have on and off issues with my shoulder and after one time going a couple weeks ago the pain still hasn’t came back. I went today for a second time. My favorite part is knowing that it increases your core body temp which fights infections and sicknesses like a fever does before it can spread enough to cause a fever. Perfect for flu season! $20 on Wednesdays and $30 the rest of the week. I’m a huge proponent of self healing and healthy habits vs. meds and this sauna appears to have something to help everybody!

Great benefit with the infra red sauna. Cleared up most of my body aches and pains, better than most prescriptions! Grab your towel and swim trunks it's a sauna in there.
