Excelsior Nails Spa

Paid 140$ for my mani Pedi, and my daughter (4) to get her nails and toes painted. My daughters toes and nails chipped off the next day, my nails which were done while I was seated in the pedicure chair, were not done to my cuticle, and one nail broke off the next day, another the day after that, and my toe nails chipped the day after as well. I'm upset that the daughter/ mom bonding experience wasn't a great start, she was not a fan after this. But, an update! Edit:Tony did take care of me and had my nails redone and she did AMAZING 🫶✨ Thank you Tony and staff for a redo and making me feel welcome, they look so good!

After going to numerous nail techs, I finally found the best! Linh is absolutely outstanding!!! She’s been doing my nails for for a few years now. Always so professional and courteous. I would give her a ten-star rating if there was one. Thanks for always taking great care of me. Come give her a visit you will not be disappointed.

I got the same pedicure as last time and the pedicure part was good. However, I wanted regular polish and they were very pushy for gel. When it came time to polish my toes, another customer came in and I was left to wait for a while. Then a man was the one to paint my nails. The polish was very sloppy and got on my skin multiple times. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, but I wouldn’t recommend if you just want regular polish and not gel. This photo was taken after I asked them to clean up the edges.

Absolutely love getting my nails done here. The staff is so nice does great work. Shoutout to Amy for doing the best designs.

Every time I leave this place im always happy with my experience! Definitely coming back!
