The Undercarriage North Park

This was my first time having something other/more than my eyebrows waxed. I'd driven by The Undercarriage hundreds of times and always loved how cute and cheeky the name is and promised myself If I ever took that leap to do more I'd choose them. I'm super pleased I did too! I was beyond nervous and a bit embarrassed to say the least! However, the place is very inviting and I absolutely love the decor/vibe! I was helped by Malinda and she was super warm and sweet - helped tons to ease my nerves. She was very knowledgeable and vocal (which I greatly appreciated) about the process and what she was going to be doing as she progressed. It was really easy to talk to her and I soon felt like I was just chatting with a friend. There is some pain with all waxing but I didn't think it was too

Jeanette is so incredibly patient and has amazing attention to detail. My first ever Brazilian and leg wax were a breeze thanks to her. She gave me home care instructions and prepped my expectations for my follow up waxes.

Incredible, can't put into words how pleasant the experience was. Melinda completed my whole wax (legs, bikini, underarms) in less than an hour and is very thorough. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the space is pleasant, inviting, and smells nice. Love it!

Love this place! Malinda is amazing and an incredibly skilled waxer! She’s great at keeping the conversation going so you’re not focusing on the hair removal.

I don't usually post 5 star reviews after being painfully tortured, but my Brazilian wax looks SO good and Malinda is so amazing so here it is ;) This really is a great place to anything/everything waxed- Malinda and Alissa are both so friendly and professional, the prices are right on target for the services they provide, they are conveniently located, and the quality of service is awesome. Malinda was as quick as she could be, and keep the conversation going to keep my mind off the waxing pain- which was very helpful. If you've ever had a bad waking experience, you know how much a difference it can make when the technician is quick and professional. Malinda nailed it. My daughter gets her beautiful, thick eyebrows waxed here as well and has referred many of her friends. Great place, h
