I highly recommend Ashley Rouse for your hair needs! I’ve tried multiple salons and hairdressers in New Bern and have left in tears more than once due to toning going wrong and too much length being chopped off. So much so, that I’ve been afraid to get my hair done for years. Ashley spent several hours making sure my long and dark hair turned out how I wanted; questioning exactly what I wanted and being meticulous with the coloring, toning, and styling process. She spent excess time and energy to deliver a satisfactory outcome. Ashley obviously has skill and talent for this job. The experience was also relaxing as she provided drinks and snacks and great conversation! You won’t be disappointed.
