We purchased a spa from The Spa Team and they were absolutely terrific to work with from start to finish. Sara was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing clear information and guidance throughout the process. It was also a pleasure to meet and visit with the owners, Rolando and Naletta. The entire team truly listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect hot tub for our family. Delivery was prompt and seamless, with great attention to detail. Jessie and the installation team did a wonderful job setting everything up, and they made sure everything was done right. The entire process was easy, professional, and stress free. We are so glad we chose The Spa Team and would highly recommend them without reservation. Outstanding experience all around.

I went to every dealer in Appleton and Green Bay and knew as soon as I walked in the door, The Spa Team would be where I would purchase my spa. They were friendly and never pushy, answered all my questions and even offered to come in on a Sunday to make the purchase work. We had a little hiccup after delivery, electrician fault not theirs. They walked us through every step to get things up and running, even after hours! I would recommend The Spa Team to anyone looking for a hottub or pool(next purchase!) We visited several different spa dealers around the Green Bay and Valley. To be honest, none compared to the Spa Team. Hunter was hands down the most knowledgeable sales rep out there. Absolutely no pressure sales, answered all of our questions and provided great customer service. Even offered a test soak with a drink! We are more than happy with our Hot Springs Pulse spa. The salt water features of these spas are a game changer. These tubs are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Top quality, great warranty and a sales team you can trust. Setup was great, the install team was fantastic as well. Highly recommend Hunter and the Spa Team if you are looking to invest in a hot tub. You won’t be disappointed!

Everyone involved with buying, delivery etc of our spa went over and above to make it a great experience ! Sara was most helpful in the explanation and purchasing and the 3-man delivery team (Nick and friends)was outstanding and most helpful . The above review was written as our spa was being installed. Everyone left and as we filled the pool and then attempted to turn on,no power. Mildly panicking , we called the electrician to come back. While we waited, we spoke to Melissa in the Appleton store. She explained it was paramount to get it running due to cold temps outside and danger of freezing water/damage to tub. She discussed all scenarios if we could not get it running . The Spa Team continues to provide excellent service. I purchased a used hot tub from someone on Marketplace, he had purchased the tub from The Spa Team. So I contacted them to move it to my house. They answered all my questions and got it scheduled. The day of delivery went smoothly, with updates the whole time. They walked me through a few things and made sure I was happy. I would recommend the Spa Team to anyone! Since having my tub they have walked me through all the cares I need to do and analyzed my water to help me figure out what I needed to get my tub up and running.
