I did the red light therapy and infrared sauna. I had the most wonderful experience. The owner is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and kind and takes pride in the wonderful service she offers through Beem. I am recommending this experience to everyone! It's also incredibly clean and esthetically pleasing. A+++

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly calming and the staff is always so welcoming. The private infrared sauna suites are so good. favorite. I also added Red Light Therapy sessions and my skin started to glow I recommend this studio a lot. It’s the ultimate 40-minute wellness break from a busy day!

Derrida was so friendly and accommodating. Her customer service is top tier. The red light room and sauna was clean and organized. I left feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated.

One of my favorite relaxation, stress relieving parts of my week. Everyone is so calming and sweet when you walk in, that you never want to leave! The sauna is best- sometimes 45 minutes isn’t enough! Highly recommend getting a membership- it’s completely worth it- not just for the health benefits but the overall experience to uplift mood, energize, and sometimes just to get rid of the stress of life!
