I booked a 60 minute swedish/deep tissue massage with hot stones. Jenelle intuitively provided much needed alignment in my hips and shoulders. Her trigger point massage techniques were exactly what I needed. The amount of relief I feel is astonishing, lack of post massage pain is a pleasant surprise.
