The Spa at Water's Edge

Excellent couples massage with plenty of amenities. Super friendly staff and very thorough massages. I got the deep tissue and my partner got the Swedish. Both of us enjoyed it. Would recommend!

I am writing this from my room at this supposedly nice resort. What a joke. The woman at check-in barely smiled, the bartender didn't speak ... the inedible meatballs, ceasar salad, soup and one beer came to $100. Then the "spa"... it is NOT a spa. It is a tiny sauna, an over chemicals hot tub next to a pool filled with screaming kids. Do not come here and think it is a spa. Oh and the elevator is broken, the rooms are outdated, and the locker rooms barely had a robe and towel. I would love to speak to the manage so I can get some money back.

The hotel and scenery was beautiful, but the spa not so much. I went on a girls weekend getaway and we had gotten massages , i got a manicure and my friends both got pedicures. May friends said the massage was not great they did not get a head massage either. Also my friends pedicure chipped the same night. My manicure chipped the next day and it continues to chip and it’s only been 3 days since i got it done. This is a pretty expensive place for the spa to be so awful. I also didn’t enjoy my massage. All Gratuity is already included with is 18 % i personally will not be going back to that spa again. Don’t waste your money.

The amenities are outdated, service is underwhelming, food is overpriced and barely bar food level. Microwaved meatballs drier than wood chips. The oldest hot tub you can imagine overflowing with chemical foam, the saunas in the basement give you the creeps and possibly a fungus infection from just being there. What an experience!

While the ladies who did our mani-pedis were lovely - for 130 dollars I would have expected more. The area it was tiny… They had very little selection of nail polish colors. I went with a French on my nails since I was getting married the next day… It was already chipping by the next morning… And I had to do self repair to make it look halfway decent for my evening wedding. By the next morning half of the nails had already chipped. I’ve never had a manicure only last one day. Very disappointed… As it created additional stress for me on my wedding day
