Highly recommend Richard. I’ve been going for over a year and he consistently delivers. Very knowledgeable, and the ARRC LED light therapy is a great bonus.
I’ve done several 20-minute sessions in the ARRC LED bed at Richard’s Wellness for back pain and muscle recovery, and it’s been a great experience. After each session I noticed less pain, better relaxation, improved mood, and even better sleep. The treatments are quick, calming, and really help my body recover. Richard was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend Richard’s Wellness to anyone dealing with pain or looking for a good recovery treatment. 👍
