The Spa at Fearrington

My sister and I both got pedicures at the spa. Allie and Kathryn were quite pleasant to chat with and did an outstanding job. I appreciate that the pedicures are done from a regular chair with the water and implements brought to you. The leg and foot exfoliation and massage were especially nice. I also liked the availability of fruit-infused water or tea to enhance the experience.

Quality and value of services didn’t equate to prices. Have visited many other spas in Triangle area that provided better massages, customer service, and atmosphere. Facial was the one outstanding service I received. Massage and pedicure were mediocre. No designated relaxation area or room provided. Though I had 3 services booked, I had to change in and out of my clothes each time. No spa robe provided. Spa Manager lacks professionalism, problem solving abilities, and customer service skills. Very disappointed by the spa day that I was looking forward to.

Absolutely love the spa here!! I have been many times!! Megan, Mary and Charlie are AMAZING for massages!!!! Megan also does AWESOME facials!!!!!! Highly recommend this spa and staff!!!!! It’s always a wonderful experience!!!

My first time at this spa. The pedicure and manicure were wonderful and I had a awesome clinician. My issue came with checking out. I had tipped the nail technician before I went to pay, and I had a $32 service charge (the tip) automatically charged to my bill. When I said I had already tipped, all I got from the front desk was an "Well, you still have to pay the service charge" and was dismissed. I will never again return to a place that forces me to pay a tip on the service, with no clue or care if the service was good or bad. I was forced to either pay or create an ugly scene. Still wondering if creating an ugly scene would have been worth it just to wipe the smug look off of the face of the woman taking my hard earned money.
