Love my hairstylist! Been going to her for years. I even invited my friends to go get their hair cut there. Some did and are super happy as well!

Susan is GREAT!!! I’ve been going to her for years and she always does an amazing job. She listens to me but also advises with me on what would be good for my hair or not. I always want my hair to be healthy and not damaged, and she helps me maintain that. She is worth my almost 40 minute drive. Highly recommend!

I saw Susan for the first time today. I had searched for a new local hair stylist for a while and decided to make an appointment with her after seeing her reviews on Google and Angie's List. I am extremely glad with the outcome of my visit. She gave me a wonderful vibrant new hair color and an awesome cut/style. I knew right away as she was cutting my hair that I would love the result. My hair looks and feels much healthier and softer. The layered cut gave my hair the body and fullness that it was missing for a while. I highly recommend her and have already made my next appointment. Thank you and Kara for being so friendly, professional and welcoming.

Looking at the other reviews, maybe the owner was having an off day. But, I never even had an appt. It started with poor customer service. I contacted the owner via her contact form on the site. It took a couple of days for her to get back to me. I was okay with that. She gave me a time for two days later this past Thursday. I did accept as I said, "that would be great, thank you." I wrote her a question asking how long the appt. would take before I confirmed 100%. She emailed me back Saturday morning a couple of days AFTER the tentative appt. She then said she had nothing until January to get back to her then. Had she timely responded to me I would have taken the appt. Thursday even if it was Thursday morning when she replied. I wrote back with, "No thank you. Your customer service is ve

Susan was great! My haircut came out amazing. So lucky to have found her. Look forward to going back.
