Taylor did a great job on my color yesterday, but because of a mixup in the scheduling, was unable to wash and blow out my hair. I was asked if Sam could wash and blow out my hair and I hesitatingly agreed. Taylor had done a great job on my hair when I was there six weeks ago and I expected her to do the same this time around, so I was caught a little off guard when I was told that someone else was taking over. After washing my hair, Sam started to blow it out, but stopped about five minutes in and said she’d be back. A few minutes later, Anatalia (not sure of the spelling) showed up to blow my hair out, which I was confused about because I thought Sam was returning. I had such a wonderful experience today with Lily, who did my root touch-up. This was my first time at the salon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Lily was incredibly personable and friendly, instantly making me feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive, and the salon itself is absolutely stunning—beautiful, clean, and inviting.

The staff is amazing. I booked the wrong thing online, and they adjusted it no problem when I was there. Lily was incredibly sweet, attentive, and an amazing stylist. I love my hair cut and I love how she styled my curls.

I only came in for a consultation as a new client today and Lilly was so great! I am super busy with work and I know she is as well, but she scheduled me on her day off to accommodate me and it was very much appreciated! I’m looking forward to my appointment!

Maggeeh is amazing! She is super talented and knows how to transform my look into something fresh and sleek. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and what look I am going for before she starts to cut my hair. The results are always amazing. She also is very upbeat, positive and I love our conversations. I highly recommend her!
