I had a wonderful anti-aging facial with Yan she was extremely thoughtful and wanted to make sure I was very comfortable with the products being used as I have sensative skin. This was one of best facials with mini upper massage I have received. My skin glowed all day and next day still very soft a supple. I highly recommend Yan at Aqua Spa for your next facial.

Probably one of the worst nail experiences of my life. To start my appointment they had booked me incorrectly. I was booked for a gel fill in despite me telling the woman on the phone that I had not had anything on my nails in months. They made it a point to tell me that I booked the wrong service even though I was very clear on the phone. The woman who did my nails was very nice and they were able to make sure I still got a full set which I appreciated but the quality of the work was far off from the price point. Almost all of my nails were different shapes, the thickness of the gel was varied on each nail, my nails were not cleaned or prepped underneath and since part of the gel was transparent, there was a line where you could tell wasn’t cleaned. There were also bubbles within the gel

I got the Apres Gel X for the first time. The day I was there, there was no electricity. Power went out for some reason. The nail tech cut 3 of my cuticles and all three fingers near the cuticle were bleeding. She did not even apologize to me, she said just said my cuticles were dry. Unacceptable. I'll do my own manicures for now on. I was charged $85 for nails, & gave her a $20 tip. Very disappointed, since this place is supposed to be rated high.

The first time I came to AquaSpa for a couples pedicure, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. But the second time was a disaster. Even when we first came in, the chair started making a loud noise and they ended up unplugging it-- it was a minor inconvenience but I enjoy the chair massage. The girl was sweet but she cut the cuticles around my toes and not the nail itself, which meant that every time she buffed it out or added alcohol to clean the area, it burned so badly. She appeared to be struggling with the gel pedicure and I was unhappy with the final look. Lastly, listen, I understand we all speak different languages (I do as well) but please do not make it so obvious that you are talking and laughing about the client when the person is right here.

I think it’s one of my best experiences, I really liked my Betty manicure and the work exceeded my expectations. She was delicate and very attentive to me, she gave me excellent service.
