The Salt Spa of Asheville & Himalayan Salt Cave Sanctuary

My husband and I returned to Asheville for our 10th wedding anniversary and were absolutely blown away. The staff was warm, friendly, welcoming and very attentive to our needs. This is a must-try to anyone visiting Asheville who wants a restorative, relaxing and refreshing spa experience. We had a 90-minute couples massage in the salt cave and it was divine.

I visited for an hour and did the sound bed as well as the heated anti gravity chair. The room was very relaxing. Perfect if you need some time to unwind and relax.

I am a little late with my review. My family and I traveled to Asheville in July. We did a private salt cave session as we had 9 people. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my time in my the Salt cave as well as shopping in the small shop. I got lots of great treasures. Thank you so much for everything. It is a definite recommend if you are unsure and on the fence.

I don’t know how we found this place but it was a unique and unforgettable experience. It felt like zen in a word and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages in the salt room. The massages were excellent and the overall feel for the session was one of relaxation and nurturing. My mom and I loved it. Great experience.

As a local resident, I have used several different offerings at the Salt Spa: sound bath, massage, or just sitting quietly by myself surrounded by the healing salt walls. The soothing, healing ambience is body and soul refreshing. Recently, my daughter joined me in attendance for a sound bath and it was lovely. One feels cared for in every way. Thank you!
