The Salon at Mill Creek

I have been going to Niki for years! She did great on my most recent highlights. Wanted some natural baby lights and she did just that! She is very friendly and was able to get me an appointment with her for the next day!

Nikki was terrible. I came to get my hair dyed back to its natural color and she hardly did a color consultation assessing my hairs condition or asking my previous history with hair dyes. Didn’t brush my hair before just started slathering dye all over, it burned super badly and smelled terrible like a strong chemical smell, then after the hair dye was in my hair she started brushing through and practically yanking my hair, (hair is more prone to damage with hair dye saturating it). When she let it process the burning was too much I told her and she washed it off me, I told her after that to just blow dry it because I didn’t feel comfortable at that point for her to cut my hair. She was not gentle, and it felt like my hair was gonna be pulled out.

Niki at The Salon at Mill Creek is the absolute best. She is always attentive and kind. I had hi-lites & low-lites done to cover my gray hair. I always leave with a smile on my face. She even got the gray hair out of my eyebrows. I just love that she cares so much that you walk out feeling better than ever!!♥️♥️♥️🥇🥇🥇

I was cautiously optimistic given the lower price going in since all the reviews were good. The stylist seemed nice enough but the haircut experience did not meet my expectations (being an even cut). I have long hair and a lot of it and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The quickest drive by hair wash (hair was not properly washed) led to the quickest drive by haircut. She also cut my hair parted in the middle after I mentioned I wear it parted on the side. She stated she would go back and touch up with the side part but never did. The hair dry and style left my hair poofy since it wasn’t completely dry when I left as she had another client after me. When I got home I could see my hair was cut unevenly with ends left scraggly and looking like I still needed a haircut. My sis

I have been a client of Salon Ellenbe for a little over two years. I truly love the Salon. It is relaxing and comfortable. Elaine is my stylist. She, from the first, gets my hair and does a wonderful job. Most importantly, she is warm, easy going and friendly. Just a delight to spend time with. I even talked my husband into going to her and he feels the same. Such a delight!
