This is the 3rd salon suite I’ve rented from and they are the absolute best. The lobby and building is so beautiful, stylish and well-kept. It is locally owned and the owners are attentive, friendly, and so professional! I love working among other stylists that care about their clients and business as much as I care about mine. My clients also love coming here because it feels like a day spa, and the location is convenient and quiet. 5 stars!!

I’ve been a tenant for going in a month now and all of my years of doing services and trying out places in Jacksonville has never been better than it is now! The staff/ owners are so pleasant and professional. It took me months to find a place and I came across them last min from an Instagram add. If you think it’s to good to be true….. it’s not when your dealing with people who actually care about the success of your growing business, and THEY CARE! Both locations are super upscale and immaculate. I literally can see myself being here for the next few years to come. If you’re looking for a space to work or even a place to get serviced by one of our amazing talents in the building. The retreat salon +spa suites are the place to be. 💕

When I first started renting a space here everything was great! Unfortunately, the problem came when I went to leave. I was told very different things in my tour that turns out- was differing in my contract! Straight lied to my face. It’s definitely my fault for not reading the contract and believing the lady who gave me a tour. Unfortunate. Lost over 1000+ because there were hidden fees to leaving as well as things taken out of the deposit that I was originally told were “complimentary” “complimentary tv and wall mounting” well actually turns out when you leave it’s 300$ for them to patch the holes. Where do so start! I’ve been a tenant at the Retreat Salon+Spa Suites for 9months now. Prior to me finding this luxurious space, I had my sights set out on a brick and mortar. I am so happy I chose the Retreat instead. The ambiance is unmatched, the free towel service is a plus! The Professionalism and upkeep of the facility is TOP TIER! I’m not sure if I’ll ever leave! That’s how great of an environment they make it for you. Salon space built to suit! Where can you find that at?! 9116 Cypress Green Drive is where! I have rented my studio at The Retreat for three months now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. My guests are in awe of the facility every time they come in for their appointments. There is so much thought and detail put into keeping the entire space clean and elevated. It truly is a retreat from your day to day life. The owner and his team offer so much support for our businesses to ensure our success. They help with things like social media strategies, checking in to see if there’s anything we need, and even washing, drying and folding our laundry twice a week. They’ve gone as far as surprising their tenants with special luncheons and are always there when we need them.
