The Recovery Room

I had an amazing experience yesterday with my massage therapist. The space was peaceful and clean. Francisco made me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. He asked me what kind of music I listened to and really wanted to make me feel welcome and at home. Not only did he massage, but he stretches too and really releases pent up pressure. He wants to know exactly where our areas of tension are and he customizes his work to be specific to our bodies. I walked out of there feeling lighter and stress free. As a line cook at Disney world that works on her feet all day, this is a big deal for me. Not only does this massage help with my recovery from work, also manages my body’s stress from training at the gym. I can’t thank Francisco enough for his talented hands and knowledge.

Today I booked an appointment online for a 90 minute massage. I used to be a regular visitor to Hand and Stone and I was satisfied with my experiences, but I was never really wowed when I went. I read the other reviews and decided to book with him, and I’m so glad I did. The experience really wowed me all around. Francisco was friendly, welcoming, and took his time in inquiring about my lifestyle and he tailored the massage down to my music preference. He is extremely intuitive with his movements and he checks in regularly with you about how you’re feeling. Truly an amazing experience, and I will definitely be returning as soon as I can 😌❤️

Francisco is very personable and professional. He puts you at ease immediately and thoroughly gathers all the information he needs to target your areas of stress or pain. He is absolutely fantastic at what he does and I have never experienced the lingering (positive) effects of massage before. I was in agony and left feeling so much better!

I had a great experience working with Francisco. I had just moved here so I really needed a good first massage place. He really took the time to learn about where all of my elements were in my body and took his time to be very thorough and effective in releasing the tension where I had knots in my neck and shoulders. He is very empathetic to his clients and it really shows in his work. I will definitely be returning in the future as I continue to make progress on life skills that we discussed.
