Kendra is an absolute darling. I am a 60 year old who has never been brave enough to have any treatments involving needles. I was very nervous about trying PowderBrows. Kendra was wonderful in explaining the procedure and was patient and understanding to all my questions and concerns. The appointment was great from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment (5hrs later) I left. Kendra is a perfectionist who works with the clients and really wants to deliver the clients wishes. She will work with you without making you feel rushed or that you are asking too much. She is gentle, kind and funny. Kendra does an amazing work and is a true artist in her field. Kendra is amazing! This was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated + tinted and lashes lifted + tinted professionally and I loved the finished result more than I expected. She takes her time and does really clean work. She is also super friendly and really easy to have a conversation with! I also loved that she is available on the weekends, which was a deal breaker for me. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!! :)
