This place is a gem in St. Cloud! The aesthetics alone are worth a visit, but the services are top notch! I’ve visited the salt room several times and it does wonders for my sinuses and is such a relaxing place to be able to wind down and relax. The facials are spectacular and Catina does such a fantastic job with my brows. Booking a headspa soon and can’t wait! Would 1000% recommend this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen Dotson at HCTB Urgent Care & Family Practice. I had a double mastectomy 11/24 and dealing with AIMSS and PMPS from Anastrozole as part of my breast cancer treatment. When I developed Shingles, I was in pain and honestly confused about what to do next. I showed up at Karen's office at 9:03 am on Saturday, so grateful she is open on Saturdays from 9-12. She immediately dropped what she was doing to take care of me. She treated me with urgency, compassion and genuine concern. Not only did she evaluate and treat me quickly, she personally called the pharmacist to rush my prescriptions so I could start medication right away. That level of care is rare. Super nice place and friendly staff, I had Botox anti-aging services and it was very affordable and completely painless as I was nervous about the forehead injections. I didn’t feel a thing and the Botox kicked in next day and wrinkles were gone!!! Awesome product and service will be a customer for life now!
