I am so happy I found this place!! Chuck came recommended by two people and he was just as awesome as they described! So super sweet. Listened to and did exactly what I wanted (highlights and cut). He was SO very knowledgeable and helpful and honest. Super funny and kind too! Prices are amazing too compared to other salons of much less customer service quality and experience. Could not recommend him enough! I will always go to him and recommend him to anyone when I get the chance!

I purchased a Groupon for this business and tried calling for 3 weeks to set up an appointment for a haircut. No one ever answered the phone and I left messages for two different stylists, the calls were not returned. Updated to respond to the owners reply: There was no message saying anyone was out of town when I called repeatedly in December or else I wouldn't have tried to call again. I left a message for Chuck and also a woman's name who I can't remember, both absolutely included my name and telephone number. I purchased the Groupon before I called to set up an appointment, Groupon kindly refunded it after I could not get anyone to respond to me for three weeks.
