The Office: Berkeley, Coworking

Out of the many coworking spaces I've worked at, The Office is the best! I've worked here for over a year, and found that The Office is clean and comfortable, and the community is friendly and fun to connect with. Kyle is helpful, kind, and always looking for ways to create a better experience for the workers here. I recommend The Office to anyone who is looking for a place to cowork in the heart of Berkeley, with 24-7 access, bike racks, free coffee, phone booths, and more.

We've been working here for four months and plan on staying as long as possible. We started off with a cafe membership and ended up upgrading to a private office. We like the 24/7 access, free coffee and awesome management. The location couldn't be better, especially when we work with UC Berkeley.

Awesome co-working space - I looked at a few of the others in Berkeley and this is my favorite. Clean, neat, and well suited to individuals although they do have small offices for teams too. The staff is incredibly friendly. The location is great too.

Great coworking space! I started renting an office here during the pandemic to get some quiet space away from my kids and it's been perfect. Staff are super friendly and quick to help out with any concerns. Perfect location next to good lunch options, coffee, bubble tea etc.

Great newer co-working space overall. I use it for a random day here and there and have done so for about a year now. It’s nice that I don’t have to have a monthly membership to buy day passes. Very nice and personable staff, and always improving the space. My two minor complaints are 1. that there are only two phone booths so talking about proprietary information in the open cafe area (if you don’t rent an office room this is where you’ll be) is a little nerve-wracking and 2. I think the cleaning crew should pay a bit more attention to the dust that accumulated near the baseboards and in the bathrooms (when you have to plug in your power cord, it’s the first thing seen :/). Overall neither of those things are huge issues for my circumstances but they do come to mind when I’m there from ti
