I had the most amazing Deluxe HydraFacial with Mel at Nubo Medical Spa in Berkeley! From start to finish, she made the whole experience so relaxing and personalized. She took the time to explain each step and tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. My face felt instantly smoother, hydrated, and glowy — honestly the cleanest my pores have ever been. Mel’s touch is gentle but thorough, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and calming — the perfect little escape. It was my first time in a while to get Botox, and I was a bit nervous, but the staff were especially friendly and reassuring, which made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and almost painless. The results look natural, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.
