Sets an intention and teaches to it perfectly-Shannon appeared to understand exactly what I needed. Wonderful experience. 15 minute assisted stretching-experienced this prior to yoga-fantastic! Thai Massage-Shannon’s skills are deep and powerful. I have had many massages over a long period of time but had never had this amazing deep tissue, muscle and joint treatment-trancendant!

Shannon is amazing, she has a firm hands. She can applies deep pressure when it comes to Deep tissues, but knows how to check in on pressure limits. Shannon has several massage and stretching techniques. She brings a wealth of knowledge, that allows her to heal the stressed area.

Ive worked with Shannon for a while now doing deep tissue massages and she has done wonders in my body! I would definitely recommend her if you have any aches and pains or if you just want to do a self care day!
