Hong was very precise and gentle. I will definitely come back and request her! I paid $43 for a gel manicure. I also had gel already on and it took awhile to take off because I may have had dip on; I don’t remember. Thank you for taking your time!

My nails looked great right after getting them done but unfortunately, after only 1 weekthe gel ex completely chipped and broke off of both of my thumbs. Decided to go back in and see if they could redo or atleast reshape those nails. When I came in they disregarded me, said they were busy (I offered to wait no problem), but instead they gave me a nail file to fix my own nails!!! Insane customer service after paying $80 for the set a week ago. Unfortunately will not be coming back here.

The staff is friendly, warm, and very professional. I showed my nail tech an inspiration photo, and she matched it exactly, if not better. I’ve been to other salons that rushed through appointments, but here they take their time and focus on quality. The ambiance is soothing, and I loved the calming music and aromatherapy. I’ll definitely be back regularly.

Staff are very efficient, but the quality of work is subpar. The tech who did my manicure did a very sloppy job and lacked professionalism (was more interested in filing her own nails than working). Would not recommend
