La Vie Massage Spa (La Vie Day Spa)

La Vie Spa is absolutely the best massage i have got! Ann is usually who i get my massage with. She is amazing at what she does! I always get the 1 hour massage, that being said my husband always takes me and waits for me. He drives back home so i can relax after my deep tissue massage!! I will continue to go at least once a month. I have yet to try the combo of a facial and massage but i will soon be treating myself for a birthday spa day! Give yourself some TLC and book an appointment.

I have been going for monthly massages for the last 2 years, I've tried several places in San Diego. This will definitely be my go to spot going forward. The massage was fantastic, I could feel the knots releasing throughout the session and genuinely felt so much better upon leaving. The hot stones were super relaxing, I almost fell asleep during this portion. The massage was 1 hour and she covered full body, extremely efficient and thorough. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing spa and massage place! I’ve gotten both the facial and the massage. My therapists,(Ann for the first visit and Ivy for the second), was the epitome of professionalism and skill. She began our session by carefully discussing my needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and targeted massage experience. What truly set this massage experience apart was the attention to detail. I asked for scalp/head/neck massage (usually not provided at massage places) because I have Migraines from the lack of sleep and exam stress. Her massage melted away my stress and left me feeling revitalized! They also provide free hot stones for back massage!
