Older woman was called from the back to do my eyebrows. She was rough, using excessive force to push my head every which way. She waxed and tweezed my eyebrows and used a mango scented CUTICLE oil on my face. When she was done I noticed that she messed up my eyebrows. One is thicker and boxier than the other. I did not want her to fix it bc I feared she was going to retaliate and mess them up farther. She rushed the whole service and was so rough.

I came here to get a simple mani and pedi (today). I had gel polish on my toes. The woman (don’t know her name, but she was older) drilled too deep into my big toenail. My nail was burning, hasn’t stopped burning and it’s THROBBING now. I noticed my nail was red. I told her no polish I don’t want anything on it bc it hurts. She and the woman next to her started to ask repeatedly, “you don’t want polish?” I’m not understanding how she’s not understanding that she just injured me and now I am susceptible to fungus and infection. I told her no manicure because I wanted to leave. Another woman (slightly younger) started to say she can fix it and smooth it after I showed her the redness and dent in my nail bed. I kept telling her I’m in pain and I don’t want anything on my toe because it’s burn

I have been patronizing The Nail Bar since they have opened. Never once had a bad experience until today. I came in for a pedicure and one nail repair. My usual nail tech wasn't in today; however, in the past even if she was not here my nail repair would be for free. The man at the front desk today, Lee, claiming to be a manger was extremely rude and rudely and loudly insisted that I wait for my nail tech if I didn't want to pay for the nail repair. I am bit taken back because I usually spend over $100 here every two-three weeks just for my nails alone and most of the employees know me. After our exchange he proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese to the other employees. I do understand the language at little which caught him off guard when I let him know that he's still being rude and I

If I could give no STARS I would. I went in for a gel pedicure and manicure on 04/05. I have been coming here for the last two years with no issue. Today my foot was sliced by the grater used during a pedicure. The nail tech did not mention that I was cut. He then proceeded to put some green lab liquid in a small bottle which burned immediately. The wound continued to bleed during the remainder of the pedicure. I had to ask for slippers, to walk to my car. The manager was insisted I pay the $50. While my foot is actively bleeding mostly likely because now I’m standing on it at the front counter. This is my worst nightmare getting an open cut from a nail salon. I refused to pay.
