The Nailery

I had my first experience at the Nailery today with Rose! The salon is bright and beautiful and so clean! There is no chemical smell from the products. The staff the checked me in was so kind and helped me pick a color similar to the inspo picture I brought in. Rose was fantastic! She was also so kind and always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. She also made sure she didn’t drill too hard as I have thin nail beds. The final product was exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely be back again!

First of all, the salon is absolutely beautiful, IG-worthy and luxurious, and the pricing reflects this. This is the perfect place for a girls' time, wedding party, couples, self care, all that. You can have a drink with your service and there’s what looks like a small and pretty bar by the entrance. The diverse technicians do good work; I was happy with the quality, shaping of my fill-in and I’ll definitely return for a pedicure. Online booking is easy. Because it’s located in a business center, not sure how parking would be during peak hours.

I visited this nail salon recently and had a mixed experience. My first appointment didn’t go well—The work ended up looking messy and unfinished, and I left feeling disappointed, especially since I had shown clear inspiration photos. However, I want to highlight the owners, who handled the situation with professionalism and care. They noticed the issues I was having and immediately scheduled me to come back the next day. On my second visit, I was taken care of very well. The quality, attention to detail, and overall service were much better, and my nails were corrected to match what I originally asked for. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere! This salons is clean and lots of staff. We waited maybe 5 minutes to be seated for my daughter and myself for pedicures. Lynn gave me a fabulous pedicure! Gaby gave my daughter her pedicure and she absolutely loved her. They took their time and didn’t rush. We definitely recommend this salon and these 2 ladies if you want your feet to look and feel amazing!!

I can say this is the best Spa I’ve been too since being in VA for 3 yrs. I would recommend anyone here. The atmosphere is lovely and the decor is amazing. 10/10 recommend!
