The Nail Shop

I went this past Saturday and it wasn't a good experience. The lady at the front desk was so kind and great. Not a single word was spoken to me by the nail tech. The first picture is what most of my nails looked like the first time. The fixed them but in the process of fixing them cause my fingers to bleed. The next picture is how they look now. The clear coat has already been coming off and I haven't done anything to damage them..I have tried contacting them for a refund as I shouldn't have to come in again to have them fix them again... no one has bothered to reach back out to me. I wouldn't recommend going here :(

Whenever I booked the appointment they were aware of what I wanted, once I arrived it was discussed again of what I was wanting done. They did what they wanted instead of what I asked for, and then forced me to pay for it. They never mentioned an up-charge for anything they were doing until it was time to pay. Once I arrived and I discussed with them for the second time what I was wanting done, They told me to pick a color for my toes off the wall and that I could choose from any bottle over there which I just wanted normal polish, they never mentioned that some of them were gel polish. They said pick from any bottle on the shelf, so I did. It wasn’t until she was finished doing my toes that she tried to charge me for gel polish, and then argued with me about how it was gel and how I picke

The owner was absolutely wonderful, there was a scheduling error and she squeezed me in so I could be ready for my holiday party tomorrow. Kevin did my nails and was wonderful- friendly, loved the shape & color. They have great selection of SNS colors! Highly recommend them! They are now my go to nail place for how they go above and beyond for their customers.

Previously left a negative review here due to one specific visit/nail tech but that problem has since been resolved. The owner was so kind and accommodating with my issue. Have been coming here for years and get the best service every time. This salon is reasonably priced, provides quick and efficient services, and has me leaving with the best nails that last! Recently got this rainbow set done by Napi and she killed it! Can’t wait to get a fresh set this week. 💅🏼🌈🫶🏼

I started going to the Nail Shop Lex going on 2 years ago. I saw that I could make appointments through messaging on Instagram and that Lisa did designs. I didn’t know what design I wanted so opted to do a Lisa’s choice total surprise and have never looked back. I am always amazed at Lisa’s talent and everyone I show is convinced they are stickers rather than free hand art. I always let Lisa do whatever style she wants and it never disappoints. I do hybrid gel with Tina and my nails have never looked or felt better. Price is more than fair and the shop is always clean. I recommend it and especially Lisa’s designs to everyone.
