She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to personalize each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Not only does she make my skin look amazing, but the entire experience is rejuvenating. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. Josie is AMAZING. Her space is always so clean and relaxing. She finds the perfect playlist, she has the room at the perfect temperature and the warming bed is amazing. She completely restored my skin barrier and my face has never looked more glowy. I love her products, the ease of scheduling, and how convenient her location is. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin!

I highly recommend The Skin Refinery!! Madi is now my go to person for brows and lashes! I've loved the brow tint, lamination, and wax as well as my lash lift and tint. Madi has been so knowledgable, professional, and personable! Every appointment has been a great experience. I will definitely be trying out some of the other services she offers!

The facials here are the best! Madi customized a facial based off my skin type and it felt just like a spa! She also does my brow laminations / tint/ wax and I’ve never received so many compliments on my brows before. Madi is honest and helpful when it comes to products as well. She suggested what the best regimen was for my skin concern and I could buy the products right there. So easy! Highly recommend 😊
