The Nail Bar - Newtown Square

I was a little hesitant at first to try this salon only because it is a little more expensive compared to others nearby, but after going for a few months now, I can honestly say it is worth it. Not only is the atmosphere always clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing/relaxing, the staff are all friendly, and Suvi has been the best nail artist I've ever had. Her attention to detail is amazing, she is clearly a perfectionist which is exactly what I want in a nail artist. Cannot recommend her and this place enough.

I absolutely love the nail bar! I’ve been going for almost a year and they have done me right every time! Everyone is super friendly, it’s super clean and they’re all so talented!! I’ve had a few nail techs do my nails and I gotta say I can’t even choose whos my fav because they all do so great. Recently I’ve been getting either Theresa or Alice and I love them! They’re same day call appointment and they always accommodate your needs best they can. They did my wedding nails in June too and I got so many compliments. Anyways I digress but after my nails today I was like “I never left them a review!” And wanted to do so. Lol!! Go here if you’re looking :)

Go somewhere else!!!! I had such a poor experience here. I was at the salon for a simple brown gel polish with chrome, which I’ve done before easily at other salons. After showing the front desk and the nail technician these nails I wanted (brown polish with chrome) no one said this was not possible. However once it came time for the chrome powder, it came on opaque. It took another nail technician and the manager to tell me this actually isn’t possible with the color nail I chose (which I don’t believe since it’s been done before). Long story short they gave me a hard time and made me feel like it was MY fault for not being able to do this extremely simple style. Overall very poor customer service (especially by the manager) and a pretty bad job on my nails in general. Happy to show pictu

Always love coming to nail bar with their friendly staff! Gentle service, treats my hands with care and never have to worry about leaving in pain or feeling uncomfortable. Also helps that I don’t leave sneezing since I am usually very sensitive to all the dust from acrylics.

Carly was super nice and did AN AMAZING JOB on my nails. I’d never gotten my nails done before and I was super worried about coming but so glad I did. Showed her a picture and she basically reproduced the same thing which was super impressive. I did gel x which was pricey, but think I’ll just do regular gel next time. For my special occasion I loved this place!!!
