Bridget M. is AMAZING. She did my wedding hair and delivered exactly what I envisioned. She truly understands curls and made mine look so beautiful and effortless. She also did my highlights before the wedding and they were absolutely perfect. On top of her talent, Bridget is such a kind, lovely person with the best energy. Everyone adored her, and my friend even wants to travel from upstate New York just to come to this salon because of her. I can’t recommend Bridget enough. 💖

I was impressed at the size of the salon and the SPA was so warm and welcoming! I was greeted by Sofiya who showed me around. I enjoyed a pre-facial foot soak in the very relaxing cozy waiting area. Shannon explained what she was using and why while giving me my facial. She was very funny and engaging! I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!

I recently experienced the Soft Pack Float treatment with nourishing buttercream, and it was truly out of this world. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was dim, inviting, and incredibly cozy - the perfect setting to fully relax. Donna was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable and walked me through every step of the treatment, so I knew exactly what to expect. The experience was so calming that I actually fell asleep multiple times throughout the service. My favorite part was the scalp massage, which was incredible, but the facial massage was also amazing and such a special touch. If you’re looking for a treatment that allows you to deeply unwind while also caring for your body and skin, this is absolutely the one. I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

I hate to give the salon this rating because it was a nicely put together salon, and the customer service from the ladies in the front were great. It was the girl who did my hair that I’m giving this rating to. My very first meeting with Dani was very awkward, her conversation starter was asking me a question, I answered it, and she decided to talk about how much she hated my answer. Now because I work in customer service I just don’t think that’s the vibe when trying to conversate with someone. At least in my opinion. I had a very strict budget as well which I discussed with the people who booked my appointment and was given the OK.
