I had such a wonderful experience at Ooh La La, I felt compelled to leave them the glowing review they deserve. First off, the space itself is incredibly cozy and calming. As soon as I walked in, Kim offered me an actual menu of beverages to choose from, which was such a nice touch. I went to Dana, who is truly a master stylist. She really listened to my concerns. I came in worried about dryness and texture, especially since my service included bleach for highlights. All I can say is WOW. The improvement in softness and overall texture is unreal. Even after washing and styling it myself days later, my hair feels healthier, smoother, and more manageable than it has in years. Dana’s knowledge and care instantly put me at ease, and I now trust her inherently with my hair, from color to cuts
