Customer Reviews
Absolutely horrible salon. Staff was rude from the moment I walked in. I had long natural almond shaped nails when I came in looking for a fresh gel manicure and trim. After roughly removing my old manicure the artist jaggedly cut my nails and did the most awful job at filing I’ve ever seen. When I complained about them being uneven she did not understand what was wrong with them so I just left without new color. They also made me pay them via Venmo which is sketchy.
The lady who did my feet was great but somebody else did gel x on my hands and for them to be less then a week they are rough looking and my gel polish has chipped off on 2 nails NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN. & they said they couldn’t fix when I was able to come after I paid 200$ for this ? You can see where it’s literally just peeled off
I had a really great experience here. The staff were kind and welcoming and the results were good. My friend and I both got gel pedicures, although the staff was friendly I felt like my friends pedicure was rushed. Overall recommend!!
I got a combo signature mani and pedi with regular for my pedi and gel for my mani. Neither look great and there are smudges and gaps between my nail bed and the polish that I didn't even notice until I left. My cuticle was cut on my big toe to the point where it bled and a few of my fingers also have parts of the cuticle where the skin was cut, left uneven, or felt rushed. The massage for my hands wasn’t even finished. I had to ask the nail tech to at least wipe off the surplus lotion and remove the extra nail polish that was on my skin. I honestly didn't bother asking for it to be corrected bc I didn't feel the quality would be any different from someone else working there. Case in point, my mom was also disappointed with her mani as well and was helped my a completely different person
This place varies on the quality of service. I’ve gotten a pedicure twice they do fine it’s not a complicated service and most of all their work lasts on my nails! So no complaints there. The last time the lady who did my nails was so sweet and offered a menu to look at the prices and really took her time even though they seemed busy. This time it definitely felt rushed and they charged me more than last time even though I received the same service. I was a little confused also because there was no pricing menu provided. She did great work but also kept using her bare hands and nails to scrape off any nail polish that got on my skin which felt a little icky. They also didn’t put a plastic cover on the footstool only a towel which k sure they wipe the stool down but it did feel unhygienic.
