Staff was very rude to customers. My friend was just walking in to book an appointment, lady in charge was very inconsiderate towards him and went as far as to kick him out for not scheduling beforehand

First time at Mirror and I liked it. Walked in early in am and got an appt that day for 4. Showed up at 4 and a different girl cut the hair. It was no nonsense and she cut it nice how I wanted it from a picture I brought in. And she was speedy

Great haircuts from fun people. Jill has been cutting my hair for over 25 years. Always prompt and efficient. I'm in and out the door in no time at all. Always happy with my cut.

Showed a picture of the haircut I wanted, the hairdresser said "oh so you just want it shaped up then?" I said yes, and she proceeded to take 3 inches off the top of my head. Haircut looked absolutely nothing like the picture I showed. Last time I went here, they accepted venmo as payment, they only accepted cash now. Had to use the atm at the dog. The haircut looks ok, but it's not at all what I wanted.

I schedule my haircuts 2-5 business days out, so I'm almost always able to get my haircuts done at the times I want. And the staff is very accommodating if there's a last-minute change of plans. I appreciate the flexibility. They're well-versed in older and newer hairstyles for men and for women and listen to what you want for your hair style.
