I booked an appointment for my wife as a birthday present. The first problem I had with them was that the estimate they gave me was just over $200 and the resulting cost was over $300. Well, this of itself would not have everything as it was a birthday present for my wife, they also canceled her appointment twice so she didn’t get her appointment till a month after we had originally scheduled it for. The first time they canceled it because their card reader was down, but they only texted her that it was down five minutes before the appointment when she was already in the parking lot. They rescheduled it that that day, yet somehow the hairdresser texted my wife three days later saying she forgot she had a trip and she was canceling her appointment once again. I had a great experience, this is the first time I cut my hair here, asked for a haircut that didn't turn out like I imagined (my hair is curly and has a mind of its own) and they were so nice to have me back in to get it like I wanted. Helen is the absolute best! She is so nice, communicative and talented. Love my haircut!

I got my hair cut last week. I wanted my natural curly hair to sit on top of my shoulders. I told the person cutting my hair that I have tight curly hair so to cut it about an inch longer. She told me I didn't have curly hair but I do have wavy hair which I thought was strange but I figured we had different definitions. As you can see in the picture my straight hair is sitting on my shoulders. So my natural curly hair is much shorter than what I wanted. I also asked for layers because my hair tends to be very thick at the bottom. I was told she was going to thin my hair to fix this issue, but when she got out the thinning shear she decided she did not want to do it anymore. So I didn't get layers or my hair thinned.
