I was robbed. This was this past summer, right before my trip to Greece. I asked for the picture with the mask, only blonde TIPS as each EVEN layer of hair in a wolf cut. I left with yellow hair, no wolf cut (instead a shag) with almost my entire head dyed yellow. I dyed it back to brown with box dye two days after. Yes I did tell her and try to fix it but she made it worse so I gave up.

If you like to get your eyebrows waxed, rave is the way to go! I am particular about how my brows look, and every stylist at rave has nailed it so far. A special shoutout to Jannelle for being so patient and kind with me.

Johannah waited till I walked in the door, waited for 25 mins with out one employee saying Hi to me, to tell me she’s running behind and can’t get to me today. I was headed out of town for an event and really excited to get my hair done before I left. Really disappointed.

I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like I have to after receiving such a terrible haircut and experience. I went in for a trim, and while explaining to the lady what I was looking for, I realized that she had already started cutting my hair without asking me if I wanted it washed. I was immediately startled by this because my hair needed washed and was wavy from a braid (I have stick straight hair), so I knew this would make it uneven. I stopped her and asked for a wash, she used cold water the whole time and was very rough with my head. She was more focused on talking with me than what she was cutting, and it shows.

I was a 1st time client today of Rave & Michelle did a fantastic job cutting my hair, exactly how I explained. Happy new client & highly recommend Michelle! I look forward to future visits with my new stylist while spending summers home in the Yoop;) Ty Michelle.
