Cathy is very professional and listens to her clients needs. She focused on my problem areas which is just what I wanted! The massage was very relaxing while still managing to work out the tightness in my muscles. My previous massages have either been too rough (couldn't wait for it to end) or just relaxing (but not helping with my muscle problems). Cathy listened to my experiences and gave me a perfect mix of the two. I feel amazing and didn't want the massage to end!
