I brought my son to see austen and hes not quite 2 yet and i am so impressed how great he handled my son and the haircut was amazing!!! I was very happy leaving there, highly recommend.

We had a short wait time, and the manager who cut my son's hair was very friendly and patient with him. The aesthetic is fantastic and we will definitely be back. FYI: They are cash only, but they have an ATM inside for your convenience.

Your haircut will be a coin toss. Been here twice (Saline location). First time was great! Guy was funny, talkative, and the haircut was good. Second time, it was bad. Asked for a fade, but didn't give me a fade. Asked for my beard trimmed down, but he only did the sides. He already spent 30 mins on my hair alone, so I wasnt going to make the next guy in line wait any longer.

We went for a haircut once at this place as a new business in Saline and had a great experience. However, I made an appointment for yesterday, and it was moved by them without explanation to a time that was too late for a child with a bedtime routine. I rebooked for today, but then just now...less than an hour before my appointment...they moved it again with no explanation or call. Not to today....but to a totally different day. Instead of calling and discussing...they lean on their app to just cut people out of the line in favor of walk-ins. I do NOT recommend using them due to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism. What's the point of booking appointments when the business does not respect them or its customers?

The drive and price is so worth it! I stopped taking my boys to Meijer for their cut. This is the spot now! I was recommended from a mom's facebook group. My boys hair cut has more style than just a cheap simple cut.
