Onyx Salon & Extension Bar

Rude. I stopped in to see about setting up an appointment for color and cut. There was a woman working on another woman's hair. She looked at me but completely ignored me. I sat down to wait patiently. I could hear others in the back room but no one came out and the woman made no mention that someone was in the lobby. As she finished up the lady she was working on, another woman walked in and was greeted warmly. The stylist made absolutely no attempt to even acknowledge my presence, but instead went right to working on the next woman's hair. I do understand appointments but a business should always acknowledge a potential new customer. I guess I will just go somewhere else.

The Onyx Salon and Extension Bar is a beautifully designed haven away from home. It is comfortable, clean, and you are welcomed by expert stylists and friends. Heather cut and colored my long layered hair with expertise and precision. She truly listened to what I wanted: and what I liked and disliked about past haircuts. I have had some bad haircuts- elsewhere- in the past, so I don’t let just anyone cut my hair. I highly recommend Heather. Kayla and Cara are excellent as well. I haven’t met Catie yet, but I believe in this team, and I would confidently sit in anyone’s chair at this salon. I had a great time today getting my haircut by Kayla. The atmosphere of the shop in general was so good. Very aesthetically salon. Had a great conversation with Kayla while getting my hair done. Such friendly atmosphere and the haircut was worth every penny.
