Madeline completely saved my hair and my sanity. After an absolute nightmare experience at The Loft in Keene left me with damaged, embarrassing hair- Madeline made fixing it look SO easy. She went way above and beyond my expectations of what beautiful hair CAN and SHOULD look like. I seriously can’t believe this is my hair now! And at an unbelievably affordable price too. The salon is also great with kids- Erin cuts our littles’ hair and she is so incredibly patient and kind every time we see her! I cannot recommend the girls in this salon enough- I’ll never trust anyone else! Here are my before and after pics 🙂

My wife and daughter recently had their hair cut, and they couldn’t be happier with the results! Madeline did an amazing job—they both left looking and feeling fantastic. The stylists were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, truly taking the time to understand what they wanted. This was especially appreciated after my daughter had a bad experience at a different salon in town. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable, especially given the exceptional quality of service. I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking skilled and affordable hair care. They’ll definitely be returning!

I love my new haircut and had such a positive experience with Madeline. I came in on a whim with hair that was down to my waist and pretty shapeless. She looked at some reference photos and started cutting. I asked for bangs and she gave them to me. I became nervous as the haircut continued, wondering if I would regret going shorter. She made me feel so heard, and made little adjustments until it felt right. She also offered to style it a bit when I was struggling to connect with the new requested length. I was grateful for her patience and expertise. I loved the style she did, and felt lighter and happier leaving. Now that I'm home, I've heard nothing but compliments. Madeline did an amazing job on my hair! I tried coloring it on my own but it ended up crazy copper. I was too nervous to fix it on my own. Madeline did a perfect job and I've had other salons take three and four times doing what she did in one job. I'm never going anywhere else. I finally found someone I trust for a great price!!!!
