Jessica Day does a fantastic job of getting to know you and understand why you are visiting. She coaches you through ways to improve even outside of the appointment. During the session she provides a relaxing atmosphere and guides you through your time. She seeks feedback and will make adjustments along the way to ensure you have the best experience. Jessica is licensed and very professional so she publishes her rates and does not accept gratuity, but can process cards for payment. Can't wait to go back!

Jessica is amazing! She is warm, welcoming, and takes the time to get to know you and understand how you want to benefit from massage therapy. I highly recommend Jessica at New Day Massage. For starters, her space is calm and inviting, which allows you to immediately feel relaxed. She is attentive to your needs and begins the session discussing your concerns/expectations for that day. Jessica is able to address these needs in a way that highlights her vast skill set. She listens and is mindful in her practice in such a way that leaves you feeling refreshed and satisfied that the bodywork has achieved whatever your goals were for that session- relaxation, healing, maintenance.
