Savannah is amazing at facials & waxing! She is fun to talk to, very knowledgeable and can help you achieve perfect, glowing skin! Her price point is reasonable and worth every penny. Love her products and how amazing my skin looks when I walk out of her door! Highly recommend her :)

I had a great experience at The Loft and am so excited to have found a great nail salon here in Ottawa. I love that I can conveniently book online, and Lorraine was so accommodating to fit me and a friend in during the same time slot for a mani/pedi. The atmosphere was so comfortable and the staff so personable and welcoming. Plus my nails turned out great! Would highly recommend.

It is so nice to take a break from reality and come into the Loft to get your hair and nails done. I love getting my nails done by Lorraine and getting my hair highlighted by Casey! Affordable and filled with lots of options.

My first time here for a manicure. Savanah was very good in her skill. She was so friendly and welcoming, and yet professional. The salon was clean and while I was there, not busy, so no waiting. I will definitely come back here for my nails, for my hair, and maybe a massage even!
