came in as a walk-in. The place was empty except for two employees, I asked how much they charge for trims and the older lady pointed to a middle aged women (who I thought was a customer at the time) and said that she charges $28. I looked back at the older woman thinking she was going to tell me how much she charges but instead told me she was leaving (after us just staring at each other for a minute). The middle aged women who ended up doing my hair told me to come back over and hour later cause she was doing something to her hair. When I came back I asked for a trim and she was super polite. The amount of hair that she showed me and said she was going to take off was about an inch and a half. Once I had gotten home and looked in a mirror standing up I realized she had cut off closer to
